Thai Brahmotsavam commenced on 27 January 2022 with Dwajarohanam in Sri Vaidya Veera Raghavaswami temple at Tiruvallur. Alankaram, Aradhanam, Sattrumurai took place in the morning and in the evening. Perumal purappadu took place in the temple premises.
On Second day, 28 January 2022, in the morning, Perumal was adorned in HamsaVahanam Sathupadi in white garments. In the evening, Purappadu took place and Perumal adorned with tri colour floral garlands made of samandhi, vrikshi and thulasi looked enthralling. Perumal along with Veda Prabhanda Goshti, gave darshan to the devotees in prabhai during Purappadu.
