Thai Brahmotsavam commenced on 27 January 2022 with Dwajarohanam in Sri Vaidya Veera Raghavaswami temple at Tiruvallur. Alankaram, Aradhanam, Sattrumurai took place in the morning and in the evening. Perumal purappadu took place in the temple premises, in both morning and in the evening.
On Third day, 28 January 2022, in the morning, Perumal was adorned in GarudaVahanam. Garudazhwar looked majestic with a pride smile holding Lotus feet of the Lord. Flower maalai sathupadi was performed in beautiful colour combinations which was the highlight.
In the evening, Purappadu took place with two big thirukodai and Perumal was adorned with tri colour floral garlands made of samandhi, vrikshi and thulasi looked enthralling. Perumal along with Veda Prabhanda Goshti, gave darshan to the devotees during Purappadu.
