Rapathu utsavam was celebrated in a very grand manner. On 22 December 2021, Rapathu Ninth day, NamPerumal adorned with panikulla, Pujakeerthi, diamond Abhaya Hastham, Panguni Uttara Pendant, Big Piratti Pendant, Rangoon necklace, Coral garland, Gooseberry garland, Kaasu maalai, 8 lined Pearl string, Layer pendants, Hangings on hand, gave darshan to the devotees in thousand pillared hall.
During purappadu, in the presence of Parankusar, Parakalan, Nammazhwar, Araiyar Swamigal performed their abhinayam service in front of Perumal.
