On 27th March 2018 (Hevilambi Panguni Poosam), Panguni Uthira Serthi Sevai took place at Uraiyur, Sri Kamalavalli Nachiyar Sannidhi. In the morning, around 3.30 am Namperumal made his annual trip to Uraiyur Divyadesam from Srirangam. He went across the River Cauvery. At around 2 pm, Sri NamPerumal and Sri Kamalavalli Thayar had Serthi Sevai. Perumal adorned purple pattu vasthram and Thayar wore radial green saree besides several flower garlands and abharanams. Uraiyur is the Only DivyaDesam where Sri Kamalavalli Thayar is facing the North direction. Several astikas participated in the Serthi Sevai and had the blessings of DivyaDampathis.
