Mannargudi Rajagopalaswami Temple Jaya Varusha Panguni Brahmotsavam Commences

On, 10th March 2015, Jaya Varusha Masi Swathi: Sri Rajagopalaswami Temple Panguni Brahmotsavam commences in grand manner at Mannargudi. In the early MorningMorning at 9.30 am Sri Perumal Yagasalai Mandapam Ezhundarulal. After that poojas are performed. at around 10.00 am Sri Garudan Dwaja Padam Ezhundarulal in Gopalasamudram Mada Veedhi . At around Morning at 11.00 am Dwajarohanam was performed as per agama sastras. In the Evening at 6.00 p.m Sri Rajagopalan along with Ubayanachimars, Rukmani Sathyabama Sametha Yagasalai Mandapam Ezhundarulal. Then at 7.30 pm Sri Perumal Purappadu followed by Veda & Prabandha goshti from Sri Udayavar Sannithi and goes to Panthaladi Yanai Vahana Mandapam. At around 12.00 am Sri Perumal Purappadu in Kodi Chapparam.

This Kodi Chaparam is proceeded from Panthaladi, Mela Raja Veedhi, Theradi. At Theradi Prabhanda gosthi thodakkam with Sadagopam to the gosthiyars. Again Kodi Chaparam is proceeded with Gopala Samudram Madaveethi at around 3.00 am Sri Perumal Sannathi Ezhundarulal. Later at Vanamamalai Mutt “Thiruvanthi Kappu” is performed followed by Sri Perumal along with Ubaya Natchimars “Palliayarai” Ezhundarulal. In all the 18 days Prabandaha Kosthi like, Athyabagam, Vedha Parayanam, Rig Veda and Sama Vedha is performed during Sri Perumal purappadu. Lots of astikas took part in the utsavam and had the blessings of Perumal.

The Panguni Brahmotsavam will take place until 28th March 2014 and continues with Vidayatri utsavam , Thirutheppam upto 8th April2015. All are invited to attend the Brahmotsavan and get the blessings of Divya Dampatis.
