21th February 2022, being Masi Chithrai, Perumal purappadu took place in Sri Vaidya Veeraraghavaswami temple at Tiruvallur. Perumal adorned silk garments along with varieties of thiruvabharanams and jasmine garlands and kadambham garlands looked marvelous. During purappadu, two big thirukodai along with parayana Goshti looked enthralling. Oyyali was enthusiastically performed by Sripada thangis. Many astikas participated in the Utsava purappadu. Goshti swamigal were felicitated by Srisadari. Devotees had a blissful darshan of Divya dampathis.
