Today, being Masi Pournami, Masi magam utsavam was celebrated in Sri Srinivasa Perumal temple at SVDD, mylapore. Perumal purappadu took place in pallakku to seashore and many astikas participated in the SamudraSnanam along with Perumal’s theerthavari in Samudram. Then Perumal along with Sridevi, Bhoodevi Nachiyars came in procession in Pallakku back to temple.
