Adhyayana utsavam commenced in a very grand manner in Sri Amaruviappan Sannidhi at Therezhundur. Rapathu utsavam commenced from 13th January 2022 and would be celebrated for ten days in a grand manner. Perumal Purappadu along with Acharyal took place everyday inside the temple premises. Azhwars and Acharyal were felicitated by parivattam and Srisadari.
On Day-5(17 January 2022), Sri Amaruviappan was adorned in Sri Sarangapani Thirukolam. In thiruvaimozhi 5th pathu, Sri Nammazhwar was engrossed in the beauty of sleeping posture of Sri Aravamudhan. He is astonished about the glory and beauty of His sleeping posture. (Thiruvaimozhi:-5-5-8).
On Day-6,(18 January 2022), Sri Amaruviappan Perumal was adorned as Thiruvenkadamudayan Thirukolam. In thiruvaimozhi’s 6th pathu, Nammzhwar is engrossed in the complete surrender of hi self at the Lotus Feet of Thiruvenkadamudayan. In 6-10 pasurams, he described about Thayar’s kalyana gunam, that she is inseperable from Perumal’s heart. The reason which Azhwar gave in this pasuram is that, Thayar resides permanently in Perumal’s chest, to ensure the safety of all the bhaktas, by reminding to Perumal frequently.
Devotees had a blissful darshan of Perumal and Azhwar and Acharyal.
