“Thai Ther Bhoopathi thirunaal Utsavam,” commenced in a grand manner on 09 January 2022, with kodiyettram and maariyadhai by temple elephants, named Andal and Lakshmi in Sri Ranganathaswami temple at Srirangam.
On Second day of Utsavam, (10 January 2022), In the morning, Namperumal came in procession in “Ottrai prabhai”-Single prabhai, with beautiful alankaram, with a shining golden shawl, and gave darshan to the devotees.
Later at 11:00 a.m, Namperumal came in procession to Thayar Sannidhi Navaratri Kolu mandapam. Perumal gave darshan to devotees , with silk dhoti, Muthu kireedom, Rathna abhaya Hastham, Kaasumaalai, rathna ear kavacham and tri colour kadambha maalai with acombination of Samnadhi, vrikshi and thulasi.
In the evening of second day, Perumal gave darshan to all the devotees in Silver Hamsa Vahanam which was also beautifully decorated.
