Karthikai Brahmotsavam commenced in Sri Alarmelmangai Thayar Sannidhi, on 29 November 2021 and celebrated in a grand manner for the past nine days. Everyday, Thayar was adorned in different alankarams and gave darshan on different Vahanams.
Day-9: 08 December 2021
On Panchamitheertha Mahotsavam, traditional sarees were taken from Tirumala Srivari temple, after which, Snapana Thirumanjanam was performed for Thayar, followed by Panchami theertham, in which Chakrathazhwar and Thayar theerthavari was performed in a specially arranged small pushkarani.
In the night, Thayar celebrations were conducted in the temple in the golden vahanam, followed by Dwaja avarohanam, in which Gaja dwajam was hoisted off from the Dwajasthambam, signifying the conclusion of the Brahmotsavam.
