On 16 November 2021, Purappadu took place in Sri Vaidya VeeraRaghavaswami temple at Tiruvallur, on the day of Karthikai Maasa pirappu. Alankaram was performed beautifully for Sri Raghavan and Sridevi, Bhoodevi Thayar. The samandhi garlands, varieties of jewels used for Sathupadi was marvelous. The darshan of Perumal along with HIs consorts with two big umbrellas during the purappadu looked wonderful.
