Navarathri utsavam celebrations commenced on 06 October 2021 in a grand manner in Sri SrinivasaPerumal , Sri Vedantha Desikan temple at Sriperumpudur. On Day-1, Vishesha Thirumanjanam was performed ,followed by alankaram, and Sattrumurai during Aradhanam. Every day, Sathupudi was beautifully performed with various combinations of pushpam and Divya dampathis are adorned so beautifully in different silk attires and varieties of abharanams.
On Day-5(10 October 2021), Navaratri celebration day 5 & Thirumalai Nambigal Satrumarai (Srisaila Purna’s Thirunakshatram) was celebrated in Sri Srinivasa Perumal Sri Vedanta Desikan Sannidhi Sriperumbudur Vishesha Thirumanjanam was performed for Perumal with His consorts and Thayar, Thriumalai Nambigal, Swamy Desikan and Sri Bhashyakarar. Thirumalai Nambigal was felicitated by malai mariyadhai, Parivattam from Divya dampathis on his Thirunakshatram .
Devotees had darshan of Divya dampathis in Serthi Sevai on the day along with blessings of Acharyal.
