Navaratri celebrations commenced on 06 October 2021, in Sri Lokanayaki thayar sametha Sri Thiruvikrama Narayana Perumal temple(also known as Thodalan Koil) at Sirkazhi.This temple is one of the 108 Divya Desams and is situated in Mayiladuthurai district. Every day, Sri Lokanayaki thayar is adorned in different alankarams in a very beautiful manner. The special event during Navaratri is that, every day thayar visits Perumal sannidhi during purappadu and exchanges garlands.
