As a part of the Navarathri Utsavam, on October 16, 2018, the 7th day of the Navarathri was celebrated grandly at Tirumala Divya Desam. In the morning, Perumal adorned pattu peethambaram and divya ayudhams – Shanku, Chakram, Gadai and golden Padmam. and ascended the golden surya prabhai for purappadu in the temple streets.
In the evening, Perumal as Kannan had purappadu on Chandra Prabhai. Several astikas took part in the 7th day of Navarathiri Utsavam and had the blessings of Sri Venkateshwara.
