On 21st July 2018 Vilambi-Aadi Swathi, Sri Garudazhwar thirunakshatram was celebrated in a grand manner at Thirunaraiyur Nachiyar Kovil Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple. On the occasion, the famour Kal Garudan adorned with the grand velli kavacham carried Sri Srinivasa Perumal and Sri Vanjulavalli thayar in procession. The Divyathambathis blessed Garudazhwar and the devotees on the auspicious occasion.
