Sri Vilambi Varusha Aanivara Aasthanam took place at Tirumala Thiruvenkatamudyan Divya desam with Pushpapallaku purappadu in a very grand manner. Aanivara Asthanam is one of the key festivals at Tirupathi and Tirumala temples. This is held every year in the last day of Tamil month Aani (i.e) beginning of the Dakshinayana Punyakalam (July 16, 2018 this year).
At Tirumala, Sri Srinivasa Perumal with Sridevi and Bhoodevi Thayar had a beautiful and auspicious alankaram with big Jasmine garlands. The palanquin were decorated fully with tons of flowers in different varieties. The specialty of the palanquin was the beautiful carvings of Lord Krishna and Aanjaneya on sides. A large number of devotees participated in that event which was like an ocean and received the blessings.
