Sri Perundevi Thayar Samedha Sri Varadaraja Perumal Thirukalyanam was grandly celebrated at Arcot Sri Varadaraja Perumal Temple on 15th July 2018 (Srivilambi Varusha Aani Ayilyam). On the occasion, Thayar wore an attractive orange silk saree and Perumal wore white and red vasthram. With saaya kondai, several flower garlands, ornaments Sri Perundevi Thayar gave scintillating darshan to the devotees. Perumal was adorned with several pendants, chains and flower garlands. Thirukalyanam was performed in a traditional way, which includes maalai maatral and maangalya daranam. Lots of astikas took part in Thirukalyanam and had the blessings of Divyadampatis.
