On March 31, 2018 Hevilambi Varusha Panguni Uthiram, Mattaiyadi Utsavam (Pranaya Kalaham) and Serthi sevai took place in grand manner at Sri Saranatha Perumal Temple, Thirucherai. Sri Saranatha Perumal and Thayar had gorgeous alangaram with multicolored vasthram for thayar and silky green colored vasthram from Perumal. After alangaram, they gave serthi sevai to devotees, Perumal and Thayar gave a scintillating darshan in serthi sevai. Several people took part in the Serthi Utsavam and had the blessings of Divya Dampathis.
