Sahasra Deepa Alangaram was performed in a grand manner at Sri Sthalasayana Perumal Temple, Thirukadalmallai. On January 26th 2016, Sri Perumal along with His Consorts and Sri Thayar had beautiful alangaram followed by Ul Purappadu. Later Sahasra Deepam was held and Oonjal Sevai was performed to the Divyadampathis. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and parayana ghosti. Thousands of devotees participated in the occasion to have dharshan of Divyadampathis and received the blessings.
