On, 19 March 2015 ,Jaya varusha Panguni Sathayam; Sri PeyAzhwar Masa Thirunakshatram was celebrated grandly at Sri Vedantha Desikar Devasthanam, Mylapore, Chennai. In t he morning there was Thirumanjanam for Azhwar and in the evening Sri PeyAzhwar had thiruveedhi purapadu in the temple streets of Mylapore. Lot of srivaishnavas participated in Arulicheyal Ghosti and Veda Parayanam. After the purappadu there was Sevakalam and Satrumurai followed by Theertham and Sri Sattari to the asthikas and prasadda viniyogam. Lot of astikas were present and received the blessings of the Divya Dhampathis Azhwar and acharyan.
