Today, June 22, 2014, Jaya Varusha Aani Ashwini, Thotta Utsavm took place for Srinivasa Perumal at Sri Vedantha Desikar Devasthanam (SVDD) Sri Alarmelmanga sametha Sri Srinivasa Perumal temple, Mylapore, Chennai. In the morning, Sri Srinivasa Perumal along with Ubhaya Nachiyars had purappadu to Srirangam Srimath Andavan Ashramam from the temple. In the afternoon, Thirumanjanam was performed to the deities. And in the evening Perumal had purappadu back to temple with grand Arulicheyal and Veda goshti. Several devotees participated in the utsavam and received the blessings of the Divya Dampathis.
