Today, June 16, 2014; Jaya Varusha Aani Uthiradam/Thiruvonam, purappadu for Swami Desikan took place on account of Sravana Nakshatram at Thiruvahindrapuram Sri Devanathan Perumal Temple Sravana Purappadu. Several devotees participated in the purappadu and received the blessings of the Swami Desikan.
