Thirumanjanam was performed at the Brindavanam of 44th Srimad Azhagiasingar (Mukkur Srimad Azhagiyasingar) today, 15th of July 2013 at about 8.15 AM. Mukkur Srimad Azhagiasingar who was incharge for the world renowned Rajagopuram at SriRangam took avatharam under the star Hastham in Avani (between August 15th and September 15th). Every Hastham, Tirumanjanam is performed to both Moolavar and Utsavar Tirumenis. Next Hastham falls on 07.09.2013. Devotees who happen to be in Sri Rangam can participate in the grand celebrations as 46th Srimad Azhagiasingar will be in SriRangam observing Chathurmasya Sankalpam.
