Panguni Uthiram Utsavam At Srirangam

20^th March 2022, Plava varusha, Panguni month-06, Saturday;

Panguni Brahmotsavam was in a grand manner in SriRanganathaswami temple at Srirangam for the past ten days. On 18^th March 2022, Panguni uthiram, being Sri Ranganayaki thayar thirunakshatram, Perumal came in purappadu from moolasthanam and gave darshan to the devotees in Serthi sevai along with thayar.

Only once a year, Serthi Sevai would be performed and thereby, this utsavam is very rare and people thronged from various places to have a glimpse of serthi sevai.

On 19^th March 2022, as a completion of serthi sevai, harathi was performed. Perumal came in procession in thiruther in all the mada streets of Srirangam. Since this utsavam is very popular in Srirangam, people were overwhelmed with joy, as this was conducted after two years.
