Rapathu utsavam was celebrated in Sri Saranganayaki Samedha Sri Saranatha Perumal temple at Thirucherai. Perumal adorned in Sri Andal thirukolam looked beautiful, with Andal kondai , green colour silk saree, varieties of thiruvabharanams, rose garland, looked enthralling. During Rapathu utsavam, Perumal was covered with a shawl which added to the beauty of sathupadi.
