As a part of ongoing Brahmotsavam, 8th day was celebrated on 3rd June 2018(Srivilambi Vaikasi Utthiradam) at Sri Varadaraja Perumal Temple, Kanchipuram. In the morning, Sri Devarajan along with His consorts had Thotti Thirumanjanam. The Thirumanjanam began with water followed by milk, curds, honey, raw coconut water, sandal paste etc. Thereafter, they had a great alankaram. In the evening, Perumal was decorated with ornaments and flower garlands. He had purappadu on Aswa vaahanam. Several astikas participated in the Utsavam and had the blessings of Perumal.
