Today, being Masi Pournami, “Masi Magam Utsavam” took place in Sri Devanathaswami temple at Thiruvahhendrapuram. Theerthavari took place in the nearby coastal area. Thirumanjanam was performed for utsavamurthy with turmeric, sandal paste, milk, honey and deepa harathi was performed during theerthavari.
Perumal Purappadu was in Pallakku during theerthavari. Dual purappadu of Sri Devanathaswami and Pudipalayam Sri Rajagopalaswami took place. Many devotees participated in the utsavam and got the blessings of Divya Dampathis.
