As a part of ongoing Brahmotsavam, Day 8 was celebrated on 3th June 2018 (Srivilambi Vaikasi utthiradam) at Sri Devathirajan Perumal Temple, Therazhundhur. In the morning, Perumal adorned colourful vasthram and was decorated with flower garlands of kanakambaram,thulasi, jasmine and He had Vennai thazhi alankaram. He had pot with full of butter in His hands. In the evening, Sri Devathiraja swamy adorned with red and white vasthram had purappadu on golden Aswa vaahanam. On previous day, the 7th day was celebrated well (2th June 2018;Srivilambi Vaikasi Pooradam). In the evening Perumal adorned beautiful ratnaangi and His consorts wore grand muthangi vasthram. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Several astikas participated and had the blessings of Sri Devathirajan Swamy and Thayars.
