On 30th March 2018 (Hevilambi Varusham panguni Pooram) the 11th day of the panguni brahmotsavam was celebrated at Sri Vanamamalai Perumal Temple, Nanguneri. In the evening, Perumal dressed up with green color vasthram and Thayar wore yellow color saree. Perumal was decorated beautifully with flower garlands and abharanams. Thayar was adorned with Saaya Kondai, Kaasu Malai , Thattai Padhakkam,several necklaces. After alangaram,DivyaDampathis had Oonjal sevai. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Then Perumal and Thayar had purappadu on Vettiver chapparam. The chapparam was decorated with Vettiver and beautiful flowers. DivyaDampathis gave scintillating darshan to the devotees. Several astikas participated in the Brahmotsavam and had the blessings of the Divyadampathis.
