Sahasra Deepa Alangaram was performed in a grand manner at Arcot Sri Varadaraja Perumal Temple. On June 26th 2016, Sri Perumal with His Consorts had beautiful alangaram and Sahasra Deepa Alangaram Sevai was held. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Many devotees participated in the Sahasra Deepa Alangaram Sevai and received the blessings of Divyadampathis.
