Vellikizhamai Purappadu took place in a grand manner at Mylapore SVDD Srinivasa Perumal Temple. On May 27th 2016, in the evening Sri Thayar had beautiful alangaram followed by Purappadu. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place in the midst of ghosti parayanam. Later theertham, satari was distributed to the devotees. Many Bakthas participated in the Purappadu and received the blessings of Sri Thayar.
