On March 21st 2016, the third day of the annual Srivari Teppotsavam the utsava deities of Sri Malayappa swamy along with his consorts Sridevi and Bhudevi were taken out for the holy ride in the Swami Pushkarini. The utsava deities were brought to the Swami Pushkarini in a grand procession along the four mada streets. Later after 7PM they were taken out on a brightly lighted and colorfully flower decked float.
