The monthly Pournami Garuda Seva took place between 7pm and 9pm in Tirumala where in the Lord Malayappa Swamy took a celestial ride on His favourite Garuda vahanam. Meanwhile it is the day of bhajan troupes in Tirumala on Monday in the pleasant evening of full moon day, as the artistes performed Kolatam in a rhythmic manner before Garuda Seva along four mada streets. The devotees who thronged to witness the procession of Garuda Seva of Lord Sri Malayappa Swamy were spell bound by the magical show performed by the hundreds of troupes.
