The temple committee has planned to celebrate 33rd year Thai Kadai Velli Mahotsavam in a grand manner on February 12th 2016 at Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple, Thaiyar, Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District. The Thirukalyana Mahotsavam, Thirumanjanam and Thiruveethi Purappadu will be performed on this mahotsavam. At this time, Vedaparayanam and Divya Prabandham, Vedagoshti, Satrumurai Thirumanjanam with Thadhiaradhanai, Upanyasam by Vidwans will be conducted. Astikas may contribute to the mahotsavam and all are invited to participate in the utsavam and receive the blessings of Divyadampathis.
