Kanchi Sri Devarajaswami Temple Pagal Pathu of Thiruadhyayana Utsavam took place from 22nd December to 31st December 2014. During this occasions all azhwar acharyas will be in Thirumalai during the 10 days of Pagal Pathu Utsavam. As 25th December being Jaya Margazhi Sravanam Swami Desikan Purappadu took place after pagal pathu utsavam. Swami Desikan purappadu started around 4.00 p,m with ul pradhakshana purappadu goes to his sannadhi. There Thiruvaradhanam is performed followed by Manthrapushpam and asthanam. Later purappadu starts back to Thirumalai, on the way thiruvanthikaapu took place at thondaradipodi. Lot of astikas took part in the pagal pathu utsavam, Swami Desikan purappadu on sravanam and had the blessings of Azhwars, Acharyas and Divyadampatis These are some of the photos taken during the occasion…
