Sri Desikar Utsavam, marking the celebration of Swami Desikan’s Thirunakshatra, is scheduled to take place in a grand manner at Vaduvur Sri Kothandaramaswamy Temple from October 4th to 13, 2013. There will be purappadu for Swami Desikan in various vahanams during the 10-day utsavam. Astikas are requested to participate in large numbers in this utsavam.
