ஒரு குடும்பத்தில் இரண்டு சோபனங்கள் (திருமணங்கள்) ஒரே காலத்தில் செய்யக்கூடாது.
புத்திரனுக்கும் புத்ரிக்கும் ஒரே காலத்தில் கூடவே கூடாது.
ஓரே வருஷத்தில் இரண்டு பெண்களுக்கு விவாஹஞ் செய்யக்கூடாது. 3 அல்லது 6 மாதங்கள் (அவஸ்யத்தினைப்பொருத்து) வித்யாஸத்தில் செய்யலாம். ஆனால் ஒரே வருஷம் கூடாது. அதாவது முதல் வருட முடிவில்அடுத்த வருடம் ஆரம்பத்தில் என்று செய்யலாம். இந்த கணக்கு நமது தமிழ் வருடங்களுக்கு என்பதனை மனதில்கொள்க.
புத்திரனுக்கு விவாஹம் செய்து ஆறு மாதம் கழித்துத்தான் புத்ரிக்கு விவாஹம் செய்யவேண்டும்.
புத்ரியின் விவாஹத்திற்கு பிறகு புத்ரனுக்கு உபநயனம் செய்தல் கூடாது.
இரண்டு புத்திரர்களுக்கும் சேர்த்து உபநயனம் செய்யக்கூடாது.
ஒரே நாளில்தான் செய்யவேண்டிய கட்டாயம்..! வேறு வழியில்லை என்ன செய்யலாம்..?
தவிர்க்க முடியாத பட்சத்தில் இரண்டு திருமணத்திற்கும் இரண்டு ஆச்சார்யர் வெவ்வேறாக இருக்கவேண்டும்.இரு மண்டபங்களிலோ அல்லது இரண்டு வெவ்வேறு லக்னங்களிலோ செய்யவேண்டியது.
சுபகாலங்களில் என்ன செய்யவேண்டும்..?
வீடுகளில் சுபம் நடந்தால் தம்முடைய பெண்கள், சகோதரிகள் முதலானவர்களுக்குப் புடவை வாங்கிக் கொடுக்கவேண்டும்.
பெண்ணிற்குச் சொந்தமான புடவைகளைத் தாயார் ஒரு பொழுதும் உபயோகிக்கக் கூடாது.

In same family two marriages should not happen in same time
Should not marry son & daughter in same time
In the same year both the daughters should not be married.In 3 or 6 months( according to the needs) difference we can do but not in the same year.Note: This is according to our tamil year
Daughter can be married after six months of completion of marriage of the Son
After daughter’s wedding Upanayanam should not be performed for the son
Upanayanam should not be done for two sons together
If there arises a situation were it cant be avoided then what to do?
If it is not possible to prevent then 2 marriages can be done at same time with 2 different Acharyar,2 Mandapams or 2 different Lagnams
What to do during Subakalangal:
In a house if good function happens then for daughters,sisters saree should be bought & given
Daughter’s saree should not be worn by mother
