Earlier on October 14, 2010, Mandalabhishekam Poorthi Dina Vizha was celebrated. On this day, homam was performed starting 8 am. Thereafter, thirumanjanam was performed to the utsavars at 11 am. In the afternoon, thirukalayana utsavam was conducted at 4 pm and perumal had purappadu on Garuda vahanam at 7 pm in the evening.
