Thiruvaadipooram was celebrated in a grand manner at Thirunarayanapuram (Melkote). Thayar gave bhaktas anugraham in sesha vahanam in the morning. In the evening, pallakku purappdu for thayar and perumal (utsavars) took place. Thereafter, there was serthi sevai for perumal and thayar along with the ubhaya nachimars. Also, Sri Parankusha, Sri Parakaala, and Swami Ramanujar were present.
