As part of the ongoing Chaithrothsavam at Thiruppullani, on Day 4 (May 1, 2012) morning, after Thiruveethi purappadu, Sri Raman visited and graced Srimad Andavan Ashramam and enjoyed a special alankara Thirumanjanam. In the evening, after Satrumrai, Sri Raman left to His Asthanam at the temple after a Garuda Vahana purappadu. Sri Adhi Jagannatha Perumal accompanied Sri Raman in front of Andavan Ashramam on a separate Garuda Vahanam and accompanied Rama in the Thiruveethi purappadu.
On Day 6 (May 3), Thirukkalyana uthsavam to Raman and Sita took place.
On Day 7 (May 4) , Sri Sita, Lakshmana sametha Sri Raman had Choornothsava purappadu in the evening and Hamsa vahanam purappadu in the mid-night. On Day 8 (May 5), purappadu on Kudhirai vahanam took place.
